Almost all Companies require expensing of ESOP grant basis Black & Scholes Valuation (“BSV”) and using other fair value method. It is required for each grant. In case of Unlisted company, an Equity valuation is also required for BSV. Every Company (listed/ unlisted) is required to account for and disclose prescribed details in the Directors’ Report.
