As all the ESOP transactions (like taking loan, share subscription & purchase, processing of exercise applications, share transfer, insider trading compliances, potential dividend receipt, etc.) were precisely foreseen/ planned, all the compliances under the corporate laws including SEBI and income-tax stood complied with accomplishment of client needs.
